The Blue Ball is looking to recruit a Commis Chef with ambition and flair who wants to reach the top of their profession.

You can be earning whilst you're learning as we can offer you an Apprenticeship in Professional Cookery. You will need to be a great team player and cope well in a very busy environment. In return you will work for a growing award-winning pub company who knows that a motivated team is the life-blood to its success. You will be rewarded with a great salary and tips. Your role is to assist the Head chef in maintaining good gross profits, hygiene standards, stock rotation and ordering.
