Breakfast Supervisor - Moor Hall Hotel & Spa, Sutton Coldfield

Moor Hall Hotel is a 4 star, country house hotel with 83 bedrooms, two restaurants including a 2AA Rosette restaurant, a bar & terrace, conference facilities for up to 250 and its own Leisure Club & Spa, situated on the outskirts of Sutton Coldfield.

We have an rare and exciting opportunity for a Breakfast Supervisor to join our Food & Beverage Team.

The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills and a proactive approach to your work.  You will be able to supervise and motivate a team to exceed our customer expectations.  A professional approach and warm welcoming personality is essential to develop relationships with our loyal customers and broaden our customer base. You must also have previous supervisory experience.

This is a primarily a full time position working 5 days out of 7 to include weekends.  However, part time will be considered.  Shifts will start at 6am.
