The successful candidate will have a proven history of running a kitchen, managing food deliveries & stock control whilst delivering coaching & motivation to the team. This role is available on a Full-Time basis only.

You must be flexible, enthusiastic and able to build on your experience to assist in the continuing development of the Hotel.
