Working as part of the Flip out Safety Marshall Team, your duties will include but not be limited to:

• Monitoring activities on the trampoline courts - maintaining high safety levels but ensuring an engaging and fun atmosphere for all customers.
• Ensuring all park rules are enforced
• Administering minor first aid
• Hosting safety-briefing sessions to large audiences when required
• Adhering to all Health and Safety procedures as per your induction
• Assisting with daily park maintenance, and checks required in the interest of Health and Safety.
• Assisting with cleaning duties throughout the park on a daily basis.
• Ensure that all jumpers have a valid wristband, proper footwear, no loose jewellery and are fit to jump ( no plaster casts etc)
• Host events for a diverse range of groups from birthday parties and corporate events to school groups and disabled people.
• Ensure park and surrounding area are always kept clean

• Completely a thorough daily trampoline inspection using the JOLT app raising any concerns immediately to management
• Inspect Trampoline area and surrounding area for cleanliness and litter pick where appropriate before open to the public
• Oversee the daily hovering or designated trampoline
• Organise breaks effectively to ensure park is adequately supervisor at all time, report any members of staff abusing break periods to management
• Ensure all staff are in correct positions when supervising the park
• Ensure arena call on and call offs are completed every hour reminding all users of park rules
• Check all staff uniform meets the company standard and report any noncompliance to management
• Handle simple customers complaints, where appropriate escalate to more senior management
• Ensure that injury report forms are completed to the necessary standard after every injury
