Most of your responsibilities are (but not limited to):

• Lead a team in maintaining a functional, clean, & productive workshop
• Must be able to travel
• Meet project deadlines in the design and build of unique creations
• Manage projects via smart sheets on a daily basis
• Design and prototype creations on design programs such as Rhino, Solid works, Sketchup, Corel draw, & illustrator, etc.
• Manage people on a personal & professional level
• Have expert level skills with workshop tools dealing with metal, wood and everything in between
• Capability and willingness to move locations often
• Ability to repair shop tools
• Possess vision to build and design according to Selina brand
