Our internationally acclaimed Taiwanese Brand Din Tai Fung will be opening our inaugural restaurant in the UK in London in 2018, and we are looking for talented people to join our team.

As a Senior Chef de Partie, you will join a dedicated team of chefs in, serving up world famous Taiwanese signatures.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Has shift responsibilities and is accountable for the smooth running of the kitchen
  • Assisting in preparation of ingredients for Senior Chef de Partie
  • Demonstrating great dumpling folding techniques and skills
  • Checking availability and ensuring quantity of ingredients in restaurant
  • Ensuring food items are consistently prepared according to the company’s standards of quality and operations
  • Preparing Dim Sum in collaboration with colleagues
  • Assisting in training the team to maintain consistency and the highest possible level of product quality
  • Responsible for wastage
  • Enforcing hygiene regulations and upkeeping kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards

  • Independent and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent Leadership skills
  • High level of personal hygiene
  • High organisational skills and the ability to multitask
  • Team player
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin is a bonus
