Management Couple - Head Chef/Front of House

We require a Live-in management couple to run our food led country pub situated on the edge of the Lake District National Park in the attractive village of Broughton in Furness. 

Customer Service is at the forefront of everything we do. We want to create a home from home for our customers, welcoming tourists and locals, families and dogs into our cosy pub.

We pride ourselves on offering great quality food and service, so the successful candidates must be able to produce a great menu, and offer an excellent level of customer care alongside it.

You will be responsible for managing and training a small team of experienced staff, and will show enthusiasm for driving the business forward. 

Applicants should have front of house and head chef experience, and previous experience of running a food led pub would be an advantage.
