About the role…
We are looking for an individual with a passion for delivering outstanding service to join our professional and friendly team in our newly craeted facility. The role will involve all aspects of beauty, massage and reception work, including performing a range of treatments, meeting and greeting hotel guests, retreat members and visitors ensuring check ins and check outs exceed guest expectation, and seek opportunities to exceed the retail targets and budget set for the department.

About you…
You will be punctual and flexible in order to meet the needs of the business and be an effective team player. You will also be of smart professional appearance, have experience in customer care and will make guest satisfaction a priority. The ideal candidate will be qualified to NVQ level 3 and have a passion for the beauty industry and will also be punctual and flexible in order to meet the needs of the business.
