Fourpure Brewing Co is a London based brewery started by brothers Dan and Tom in 2013, beer is our passion and our travels are what inspire us. We're looking for a passionate sales and logistics support person to help us provide excellent service and get our beer where it needs to go.

Job Purpose and Key Responsibilities: 

To support the Sales Team by providing office-based administration and customer service support. As a key member of the Sales Support team, you will use our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to dispatch orders and keep general data entry. You will be the first point of contact for dispatching domestic and export orders and you will ensure communication between the sales team, the customers, and the haulage companies. You will prepare duty paperwork via our EMCS system and ensure appropriate data entry. You will provide desk based troubleshooting and assistance relating to customer orders, account statuses and ad hoc issues as they arise. 

What we are looking for from you:

We are looking for a Sales and Logistics support specialist to join our team. You will provide support to sales representatives and respond to customer and prospect queries. You will handle all our logistical dispatch and be the first point of contact. Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional with knowledge of logistics, sales and customer service best practices. You will also have a keen eye for business opportunities and common sense. We expect you to perform well in a team environment and have exceptional people skills. Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to creating and maintaining good customer relationships and ensuring smooth sales team operations. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Be the first point of contact for all inbound inquiries over the phone and ensure communication within the team 
  • Monitor the order@ mailbox, respond to customers and escalate as needed 
  • Work with the rest of the Sales Support team with order processing and data entry 
  • Coordinate with Credit Controller and Account Manager for correct processing of new customers 
  • Assist the Sales Support Manager and Warehouse Manager with weekly stock take reconciliation (Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills) 
  • Scanning and filing of Proof of Delivery (PODs) 
  • Looking after our keg tracking system and arrange collection of empties when needed 
  • Assist the Sales Support Manager with organisation of cellar surveys where appropriate 
  • Book pallet deliveries and collections and ensure appropriate dispatch of all orders 
  • Work with the warehouse team to ensure all orders are dispatched on time and in good condition 
  • Assist the Sales Support Manager with order processing for the off-trade (supermarkets) channel 
  • Process export orders on our CRM software and ensure correct dispatch via our EMCS data entry (HMRC Duty Process) 
  • Ensure correct communication between sales manager, customers, and haulage company at all times

PERSONAL SPECIFICATION 

  • Attention to detail, takes pride in being organised, right 1st time 
  • Excellent time management and ability to prioritise multiple tasks to get the job done 
  • Working with data and detail in a fast paced office environment 
  • Customer Service: You will need to provide excellent customer service primarily on the telephone and email 
  • People Skills: You will need to build relationships quickly both internally and with customers 
  • Team Work: Able to work as part of a team 
  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel level, Word, CRM and EMCS systems 
  • Legal right to work in the UK
