Permanent, Full Time, 40 Hours Per Week

£21,000 per annum

Main Responsibilities:

• Prepare food and meals in line with the menu
• Supervise prisoners
• Maintain a safe working environment
• Control of tools in line with LSS
• Control of stock rotation
• Maintain a safe and secure working environment
• Maintain personal training

Knowledge and Qualifications:

• NVQ level 1 and 2 in Food Hygiene
• Basic Food Hygiene at intermediate level is an advantage

Additional Features:

• Due to the nature of the work you will be working closely alongside prisoners requiring a level of security awareness for both the prisoners and the kitchen.
