Duty / Assistant Manager - Park Club, Milton Park, Abingdon, Oxfordshire.

Full Time 40 hours per week.

This role is pivotal in the day to day running of a site within Park Club.

You will be a structured person who can work within a team and also able to work alone.

You will need to be able to manage a site and team, liaising with service teams, dealing with enquiries, whilst ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety and tidiness are maintained.

Control of the site, checking plant and equipment, reporting defects and responsible or income reconciliation/banking.

You will also be:

  • NPLQ qualified
  • FAAW qualified
  • Experience of leadership and management of staff
  • Good interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills
  • Team player
  • Must be able to demonstrate good time management
  • Ability to set up equipment
  • Good organisational and analysis skills
  • Flexible towards working shifts, evenings and weekends
  • Computer literate
  • Sense of humour
  • Must be a good listener
