We are:

• A small independent restaurant group
• Currently operating The Oak W2, The Oak W12 and The Bird in Hand W14
• Serving Mediterranean style menu
• Well known for our pizzas (many say the best in London)

The restaurant:

• Up to 120 covers
• Beautiful bar and mezzanine dining area
• Will be open 7 days a week, Monday to Sunday, for breakfast, lunch and dinner

You are:

• Enthusiastic, with a dynamic approach
• Reliable with a good work ethic

Details:

• £21,000 depending on experience
• 7 shift pattern with 2 days off
• 28 days holidays per year
