Senior Beauty Therapist - Woodcote Park, Epsom

We are looking for an experienced Senior Beauty Therapist to deliver a wide selection of treatments for men and women at our luxury spa in Woodcote Park, Epsom.

The role:

As Senior Beauty Therapist you’ll be an integral member of the team providing memorable spa and wellbeing experiences for members and their guests.  Taking supervisory responsibility for reaching and exceeding retail and treatment targets, you’ll prepare and maintain the treatment rooms and deliver all treatments to the required standard of excellence. It will be a key part of your role to create a welcoming atmosphere, anticipating members’ needs and engaging in polite, professional conversations - remembering to use names and titles as appropriate. You’ll also be expected to:

• Keep up to date with all sports and wellness services, promotions and products in order to make recommendations and deliver service beyond your own job.
• Ensure amendments and additions to bookings are communicated to the reception team so that the correct charges can be applied.

The Person:

To succeed, you’ll need an outgoing personality, with excellent customer service skills, a particular understanding of a five star clientele, and the ability to adapt and respond to different situations smoothly and efficiently. You should also have:

• Level 2 and 3 qualifications in Beauty Therapy and/or an NVQ in C.I.B.T.A.C / C.I.D.E.S.C.O.
• At least 1 year’s salon/spa experience within a premium brand.
• Ideally, experience of the Temple Spa skin care brand.
• Some previous supervisory experience is desirable.
