Team Leader/Supervisor

We are looking for a Team Leader to join our team at The Edge, Iconinc.

The Role

The team leader is responsible for overseeing staff and their daily duties as well as supporting the Team Manager. You will be required to perform management duties when the manager is absent or out of office.

Responsibilities

• Delegate tasks and set deadlines for team members to ensure company standards are maintained.
• Ensuring the high standards are maintained across the site and ensuring facilities are functioning.
• Periodic inspections of the development.
• Debt management, including training team members and ensuring procedures are followed.
• Stock management.
• Financial administration – banking, cashing up, reports and account functions.
• Day to day operations including customer service, enquiries and issues.

Skills Required

• Excellent leadership skills.
• Highly motivated and ability to motivate others.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work well and succeed within a team.
• Ability to work on own initiative.
• Excellent administration, computer and organisational skills.
• Experience in a similar role or student accommodation would be advantageous.

You will be required to work some evenings and weekends.

Salary

£18,000 - £21,000 per annum, depending on experience.
