Marketing Lead for Skincare Company

We’re offering a competitive annual salary between £30,000 - £40,000 depending on your experience, and bonuses. But, that’s not all!  Are you for us?

Are you a creative leader who can work lead our Marketing team to encourage the implementation and execution of national and local marketing strategies? This role will work closely with the both the sales and operations teams to understand business requirements and respond to opportunities.

 

What will you be doing?

On a day-to-day basis as part of this team, you will ensure brand standards are upheld and oversee all advertising, promotional and marketing materials for national and local market consumption aligned to brand, and within budget.

 

This could also include, 

Manage marketing activities including consumer marketing and employer brand management  Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns that drive leads and retain customers Manage, plan and approve local marketing activities  Analyse marketing activity, report on channel metrics, cost efficiencies, lead metrics and customer retention  Brand management, ensure guidelines and brand standards are maintained and regulate as required  Manage public relations including ambassador/ influencer management, media releases and event management  Manage digital platforms including websites and social media Assist with the production of marketing materials including the third-party print partnerships to achieve cost efficiencies.    Foster effective internal and external relationships to ensure the success of all marketing activities.    Manage marketing budget and forecasts   

Ideally you will have:

A team-based approach; we are team first. A degree in Marketing or Communications  A punctual and flexible approach to work. Strong and creative problem-solving capabilities. A confident communication style.
