Most of your responsibilities are (but not limited to):

  • Manage the Country Team schedule /calendar
  • Manage Country Team travel plans, bookings and Reimbursements
  • Act as project manager for all the tasks that will come his/her way
  • Generate reports and presentations for meetings and events as needed
  • Assist Country Manager in day to day operations and development
  • Shadow Country Manager in meetings where required
  • Be the point of contact for the department at the corporate level
  • Manage administrative tasks for director and department
  • Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
  • General administration and support tasks required for the smooth running of the country team.
  • Support and ensure the correct administration of Health and Safety at the office level.
  • Support the accounting team with expenses, reconciliation of accounts, invoicing, control of fixed expenses, coordination of end of month reports with the corporate office, purchases control and maintain files and documentation accurately
  • Protects organisation's value by keeping information confidential.
Responsibilities:
? SUPER organised? Able to deal with many responsibilities under pressure? Comfortable with Microsoft Office? Flexible availability? Adaptable, comfortable with last minute changes? Fluent in English, knowledge of Spanish is a potential advantage? Great communication skills? Understanding of hospitality industry preferred? Previous Experience
