Lead Activity Assistant (Ice Skating & Climbing) - Slough Ice Arena

Full time - Competitive rate of pay

Everyone Active is currently seeking high calibre positive, supportive, inclusive and progressive individuals. You will also need to embrace our brand mission of 30 minutes of activity 5 times a week.

Slough Ice Arena is a brand new refurbished ice rink with climbing, clip n climb and a small fitness suite.

• Have the ability to lead the operations team by successfully prioritising tasks and communicating effectively
• Deliver high standards and are highly motivated and ambitious
• Are punctual and organised
• Are reliable and able to complete your work tasks to a high standard
• Can work under your own initiative and as part of a team
• Are a competent skater or have the ability to learn
• Are a competent climber or have the ability to learn

The successful applicants will contribute to the operation of the centre in terms of managing the ice rink and completing Ice Attendant duties. 

Duties will also include inducting new climbers, access control and the supervision of the climbing wall. The completion of cleaning tasks is also a key aspect of the role.

You must have a flexible approach to work as shifts will include evening and weekends
