We are delighted to be able to start the search for our Pastry Chef at the soon to open – THE PIG at Bridge Place.
We are looking for a dedicated, organised Pastry Chef to join our kitchen team, at one of the most exciting award-winning hotel and restaurant groups in the UK.
A Pastry Chef role at THE PIG is like no other, you will be working with a menu that is influenced by the kitchen garden and the local area which can change by the hour. This can be challenging at times but very rewarding.
As a PIG Pastry Chef you will oversee and manage one of our Pastry sections. You will be responsible for the junior staff on the section so good people management skills are needed.
We want our Pastry Chef to be as passionate and enthusiastic about modern British food and classic deserts as we are.
Important Information:
It has been over 2 years since our last PIG opening, we are very excited to now start recruiting for many of our roles at THE PIG-at Bridge Place. We will open the doors to our guests in May 2019! All positions are anticipated to start in April, with dates to be confirmed.
We will be holding an open day on February 5th for candidates who want to know more about us or are unsure of what role they may be interested in. Please keep an eye on our website for the details and location of this.
