We are delighted to be able to start the search for our Chef de Parties at the soon to open – THE PIG at Bridge Place.

We are looking for dedicated, and organised Chef de Parties to join our kitchen team, at one of the most exciting award-winning hotel and restaurant groups in the UK.


A Chef de Partie role at THE PIG is like no other. You will be working with a menu that is influenced by the kitchen garden and the local area which can change by the hour. It can be challenging at times but very rewarding.

As a PIG Chef de Partie you will oversee one of our 4 sections, which is likely to change so you are able to experience all sections. You will be responsible for the junior staff on the section, good people management skills are essential.

We want our Chef de Parties to be as passionate and enthusiastic about modern British food as we are.


Important Information:

It has been over 2 years since our last PIG opening, we are very excited to now start recruiting for many of our roles at THE PIG-at Bridge Place. We will open the doors to our guests in May 2019! All positions are anticipated to start in April, with dates to be confirmed.

We will be holding an open day on February 5th for candidates who want to know more about us or are unsure of what role they may be interested in. Please keep an eye on our website for the details and location of this.
