As with all Farmhouse Inns, it is a food-led operation offering a hearty breakfast, signature carvery and homemade cakes.

Requirements are kitchen experience in a high volume outlet, front of house experience and knowledge of all back of office systems, preferably from a PLC background. The perfect candidate should be able to work with the existing team on a day to day basis and to shine when the pressure is on.We are looking for someone who has a real pride and passion in their role who is hungry to learn, can adapt easily. You must be customer focused, self driven to be the best and have great leadership skills. Ideally you are currently in a Deputy or Assistant role already, with a great track record in a food lead business.

This would be a great step for you if you are comfortable running sites in excess of £25,000 turnover a week.
