As Port Presenter you will be part of the Shore Excursions team and will work alongside them to see tours for each port, you will also deliver port presentation in the theatre to our guests to inform them of the exciting things to do at each port and make recommendations on excursions.

Key Responsibilities of a Port Presenter include:

• Designing and delivering presentations to guests and keeping information up to date.
• Maximise department revenue by selling and promoting shore excursions.
• Escorting excursions to monitor the quality and service delivered.
• Assist with the dispatching of tours.
• Completing paperwork and booking of tour excursions.

• Experience of designing and delivering engaging presentations to large audiences
• Extensive knowledge of the travel industry
• Work well under pressure and possess excellent organisational and administrative skills
