About the Pub

We have an enchanting pub just next to high street Kensington station in London. The inside is simply splendid and we are trying to build a great business starting from building great hospitality and introducing unique idea to push the Premium Brand. The location and the pub itself are next to none, next to the famous Kensington square. We are looking for an assistant manager who is motivated, has great knowledge of our industry and who would like to work within the premium brand and is keen on a new challenge and can easily adapt to a new environment. We are trying to bring that contemporary bar feel into the pub with premium spirits, the latest craft beers, swaying away from your average traditional pub. Half of the team is new including the GM, so we are trying to build a professional environment where everyone is passionate about their work and puts in 110% in order to provide the perfect service and at the same time support each other.

About the Assistant Manager Role
