Job Details
Mc & Sons in Southwark is looking for a Thai cuisine experienced Chef to join its team. The pub is an Irish boozer serving authentic Thai food close to London Bridge and Southwark tube station. It is the newest site opened by Windmill Taverns Group and what a success it has been!
The team are friendly and welcoming, your role be based in the kitchen downstairs helping cook the food for the lunch time takeaway and in the evenings for dinner service. This position could be third or second chef.
Job Type / Category
Mc & Sons is closed on Sundays so the work pattern will be 48 hours spread over Monday- Saturday (5 days working, doubles will be required). The kitchen opens at 12pm-3pm for lunch and 5pm-10pm for evening service.
£8.50-£9.50 dependent on experience and weekly pay.
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
Experience cooking Thai food is essential.
Desirable: Certificates in HACCP, COSH, Food Safety Level 2, Allergens, First Aid
