We are seeking to make a hire for an experienced gym manager.

Duties include:

• Management of Sales, Operations, and Service Teams
• Report on a frequent basis to Company Director
• Foster hard-working yet fun working environment
• Deliver and report on P&L targets set by management
• Ensure requirements relating to cleanliness and operations are consistently met and exceeded

Our ideal candidate:

• Minimum 2 years experience as a General Manager in another fitness facility
• Ability to sell and to coach Team in Sales
• Success in leading, training and motivating teams
• Exemplary leadership, written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent time management, planning and organizational skills
• Superior coaching and influencing skills
• Advanced proficiency in use of computers (MS Excel & Outlook)
• Ability to mentor, problem solve and consistently act as a role model
• Success in exceeding individual and team goals

Working conditions:

• Evening and weekend work required (one weekend per month on average)
• Overtime can be expected
• Physical tasks to be completed on a daily basis

Salary: £35,000.00 to £42,000.00 /year
