Role Title:          Assistant Operations Manager

Reporting to:     Operations Manager

Role Objective

You will be responsible for maintaining consistent standards of service and ensuring guest satisfaction while creating a work environment that supports organizational values while assisting the Operations Manager with the running of the Hotel.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support the Operations Manager in all aspects of running The Hotel.

  • Work in co-operation with other departments, developing and maintaining good working relationships with colleagues.

  • To promote all Park facilities to guests and potential customers.

  • To monitor standards of service utilizing staffing levels and giving assistance accordingly.

  • To deal with customer complaints correctly and as efficiently as possible.

  • To observe and comply with health and safety regulations at all times.

  • Attend and hold meetings, work closely with all Heads of Departments.

  • This list is not exhaustive and you may be asked to do other duties as and when required.

 Person Specification

The candidate must be:

  • Customer service satisfaction focused.

  • Able to adapt and prioritise to different situations.

  • Experience of building an efficient, trained team of staff.

  • Hands on approach, with excellent organisational skills.

  • Minimum 6 months experience as a assistant manager would be of advantage

  • Able to relate to and respond effectively to customer needs.
