As Communications Executive you will be part of the Communications Team at one of the world’s leading private members clubs. We produce a wide range of digital and print content and materials, aimed at both our 17,000 members and external audiences. For this role, if you have experience of creating online content, marketing emails and material for print, we’d love to hear from you.

The Role: Your main responsibility will be to support the Club’s food and beverage outlets, which range from the famous Great Gallery restaurant in Pall Mall to more informal brasseries and bars in both clubhouses. This will include promoting special events, such as visits by guest chefs from around the world. Your other area of focus will be promoting the Club’s new facilities for children and families – a multi-million-pound construction project – to current and potential Club members in preparation for their opening in Spring 2020.

You will be working closely with colleagues from across the Club to understand, plan for and deliver their requirements and to create original content. Some of this content you will create yourself and some will be created by professional photographers and video companies arranged by you.

The Person: You will be experienced in creating engaging content (including text, photography and video), have excellent written English and are likely to have used website content management systems before. Experience of using the main Adobe Creative Cloud programmes (including InDesign) would be an advantage as would experience of photo and video editing software. Your creativity will need to be combined with an eye for detail and an ability to be thorough and organised.
