UK Entertainment Managers

Our Entertainment Managers are responsible for the entire entertainment offering. The position’s range from performing and non-performing roles and this will depend on your suitability if you are from a performing background.

The positions are seasonal and usually, commence from February and continue through until the half term break in October. Prior to the start of your contract, you will be required to attend our 2-week training and rehearsals at a venue in the UK.

We look for individuals that have an outstanding personality and feel comfortable conversing with children and adults alike. You will responsible for the rota’s, running orders and content of the entertainment programme as well as reporting back weekly to your dedicated account manager giving customer, entertainment programme and team feedback.

International Entertainment Managers

As the linchpin of the entertainment programme, you will be accountable for the full entertainment offering within the resort.

Our Entertainment Managers are preferably from a cruise or hotel entertainment background with entertainment experience. The position is very much geared towards the holidaying guest and you must be comfortable talking with guests of all ages.

As a non-performing position, you will ensure that the entertainment is seamless, the 14-day programme consists of pre-school style edutainment, children’s interactive evening shows, full theatre style production shows, visiting artistes, resident musicians and full technical support.

Contracts range from 8 months to a year and you will be required to attend bespoke management training prior to the start of your contract. You will responsible for the rota’s, running orders and content of the entertainment programme as well as reporting back weekly to your dedicated account manager giving guest, entertainment programme and team feedback as well as attending management meetings in the resort.
