Bedford Square is a flagship contract which we deliver an all-round 5-star customer service experience to a range of high profile clients which includes Invest Northern Ireland HQ at our Grade A office building located in Belfast City Centre, just a 10-minute walk from the nearest rail and bus station.

Serco is aware that the provision of a Facility Management Service is fundamental to the provision and monitoring of the services and the availability of the Project Facility. Serco ensures that the FM Team achieves the following objectives:

• Acts as a single point of contact between the clients and Serco
• Offers a pro-active and responsive service within agreed timescales
• Maintains agreed levels of service quality that support the core operational objectives of the client

We are looking to recruit for two Evening Cleaners to work 15 Hours per week, across Monday to Friday on rotating shifts where the core hours will be between 4:30pm-7:30pm.

About You

The Evening Cleaners should be focussed on delivering a high level of domestic services to Invest NI’s amazing building. You will be responsible for a variety of core duties that will include cleaning the front of house and various offices within the building. The evening cleaner will perform a variety of regular and one-off cleaning and maintenance tasks and duties as directed by the Cleaning Manager or and the Contract Manager.

Your role will have the following responsibilities:

• Ensure the constant cleanliness of the project facilities by adhering to a daily cleaning / weekly deep cleaning rota.
• Ensure cleanliness is of a consistently high standard.
• Take initiative to perform cleaning and tidying tasks that are not specifically contained within the rota but require attention as part of maintaining overall high standards.
• Report cleaning supplies requirements and stock levels to the Cleaning Manager.
• Report breakages and repairs to Cleaning Manager or Maintenance Manager for rectification.
• Ensure Health & Safety, quality and general procedure compliance.
• Work as part of a team and support other members of the cleaning team to meet standards and objectives.
• Keep accurate time-sheets for any hours worked over the core hours in this contract and ensure they are signed by the Cleaning Manager.

Ideally you will come from a commercial cleaning driven background.
