We’re looking for a Sous Chef to join the crew at the Guildford Harbour Hotel and Spa.

The 183 bedroom Guildford Harbour Hotel offers two stylish restaurants: The group’s signature restaurant ‘The Jetty’ and all day dining restaurant ‘HarBar’. The hotel also boasts the Long Bar and Long Bar Late which is the perfect destination Bar within the town. The property has a state of the art gym, ‘HarSpa’ and outdoor pool and terrace.

We have a superb opportunity for a Sous Chef to join the Restaurant Team who is experienced in working in a high end restaurant serving fresh quality food. As Sous Chef you will need to have a minimum of 18 months’ experience of working at Junior Sous level and be capable of running the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence. You will need good man-management skills, be proficient in achieving food cost targets and be familiar with current food hygiene legislation including kitchen risk assessments. We are looking for highly talented, focused and career driven individuals who want to be part of unique property.
