Sous Chef

We’re looking for a Sous Chef to join the crew at the Kings Arms Hotel.

The Kings Arms is a stunning 20 bedroom boutique hotel in the heart of Christchurch. With its award-winning restaurant and bar, it is the ultimate gourmet place to stay, relax and unwind. Recently awarded the ‘Best Wedding Venue in Dorset’, Wedding Supplier Awards 2016, The Kings Arms is also the perfect place for a dream wedding.

We have a superb opportunity for a Sous Chef to join the team who is experienced in working in a high end restaurant serving fresh quality food. As Sous Chef you will need to have a minimum of 18 months’ experience of working at Junior Sous level and be capable of running the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence. You will need good man-management skills, be proficient in achieving food cost targets and be familiar with current food hygiene legislation including kitchen risk assessments. We are looking for highly talented, focused and career driven individuals who want to be part of unique property.
