We’re looking for a Chef de Partie to join the crew at the Christchurch Harbour Hotel and Spa.

Christchurch Harbour Hotel & Spa is a relaxed coastal spa retreat, set against the backdrop of spectacular Harbour views. This hidden gem is a place to drift away for days of great local food, luxurious pampering in the HarSpa and exploring the stunning Dorset coastline. Featuring two restaurants in its grounds, both headed up by Chef Patron Alex Aitken; The Upper Deck Restaurant offers relaxed alfresco dining whilst the award winning Jetty restaurant offers fine dining on the water’s edge.

We have a superb opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join the Upper Deck Team who has experience of working in a high end restaurant serving fresh quality food. You will need to be capable of running a section within the Kitchen and working to safe hygiene practices. As Chef de Partie you would be expected to assist the junior members of the brigade. We are looking for talented, ambitious and creative chefs who want to be part of this unique property.
