What we need in a nutshell

As Payroll Assistant you will support the People Operations Team  to ensure we pay our Holiday Hero’s correctly and on time.

You will be preparing and processing weekly as well as monthly payrolls when required, collating data from 7 locations. 

You will also assist the People Operations team with system requirements and administration for 2 days a week.

Do you have the following? If, so let’s hear from you

• A good general level of education
• A minimum of one-year experience of processing weekly payrolls
• High Level of attention to detail
• The ability to organise your own time and workload
• Outstanding communication skills – able to adapt communication styles and behaviours
• Resilience, empathy and decisiveness under pressure

It would great if you can tick these boxes too (but we won't hold it against you if you can't):

• Experience of working collaboratively with a wide variety of individuals
• CIPP qualification
• Experience of working in the hospitality sector
• Be excited to learn some areas of People Operations to assist the team with Administration
