This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual with previous sales experience, ideally within the leisure industry.

The candidate should be extremely confident and outgoing, capable of promoting the club to both individual and corporate prospects.

The role also has a strong operational side to it. The ideal candidate will be capable and willing to help around the club with typical club duties and be very strong in providing excellent customer service which will help with member retention.

The role comprises of:

• Generating prospects and members through building relationships both inside and outside the club.
• Consistently drive the team to meet and exceed individual and team targets.
• Support and work with marketing strategies, KPI’s and initiatives throughout the club.
• Deliver excellent customer service to our new and existing members at all times. Being an ambassador of the brand by selling with integrity.
• Help with the operational running of the club, including opening and closing procedures.

The Hours

This role is full time, working 40 hours per week, 5 days a week maximum. Flexibility is required to meet the needs of the business; specific shift patterns include earlies (7am -4pm) & lates (1pm-10pm) and weekends (9am-6pm).
