Head Waiter

Head Waiter Overview:

Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you as Head Waiter, will have responsibility for running shifts in our fine dining, two rosette Anderida Restaurant. Managing staff and guests, ensuring that the restaurant consistently operates to a minimum 2 AA rosette standard. In doing so, you endeavour to make every meal a special occasion for those dining with us - whatever the occasion. You will lead and motivate the dedicated team to ensure standards are consistently high and procedures are followed

Key Skills:

  • Be a strong leader and exemplary role model, with a hands-on approach,
  • Have experience of delivering high standards of service, ideally previously as a Chef de Rang, Supervisor or Head Waiter in a two rosette restaurant
  • Have a genuine passion for food, wine and people.
  • Have excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with colleagues and guests in a friendly professional manner are essential.

This is a full time role, working five days over seven, including weekends and evenings, so flexibility is required.
