We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Head of Children’s Activities to drive forward our children’s product range. Based at Snozone in Milton Keynes this role is focused on the coordination, planning and implementation of our SnoAcademy and Holiday Camps plus other new initiatives as we constantly seek to innovate and create great experiences for children.
You will be responsible for a great team of Coaches and will have experience of supervising a team, creating rotas and training for performance. You will be keen to communicate with our guests, ensuring that re-bookings are made and we are increasing revenue potential.
Qualified to BASI level 1 as a minimum (or equivalent) you will be highly motivated with excellent judgement, drive and the ability to influence colleagues and guests.
