Joining Marston’s as General Manager at our new build pub in Bletchley, you’ll be given the autonomy to launch, grow and develop this great restaurant and bar. The site is set to open in April 2019, so we are looking to find the perfect manager now. Teamed with an excellent new build support team, you'll be co-working with the best in the business to ensure you're all set for opening success!

You’ll be given financial control to grow sales and drive customer and food quality and you'll also be able to develop your team. It’s a big role, but it’s a hugely rewarding one, too. Especially as you get to know the locals, host regular events and welcome all your new customers. There’s lots of potential here and this is a brilliant opportunity to manage a great business – and, as you’ll be part of the Marston’s brand, we’ll give you all the training and support you need to be the best General Manager possible.

About you
