To carry out the cleaning of all guest bedrooms and public areas as required, ensuring the Company standards are met at all times
Previous experience working in similar environment preferred
Skills and Knowledge
Strong Communication skills
Pro-active and reliable
Able to work alone and within a team
Education or Certification
Good level of English essential
The following arespecific responsibilities and contributions critical to the successfulperformance of the position:
1. To service bedrooms, using cleaningmaterials and equipment as instructed by the Housekeeper
2. To remove any lost property left in the room,and give it to the Duty Housekeeper.
3. To renew any used guest supplies to thecorrect level.
4. To report any damaged or missing items ormaintenance faults to the Duty Housekeeper as soon as possible
5 To clean corridor areas within the section,or complete any other tasks as allocated by the Duty Housekeeper.
6 To carry out other duties as may be requiredto ensure the Hotel Operation is properly maintained to provide total guestsatisfaction.
7 Ensure that 'special' cleaning duties arecarried out in the correct manner.
8 Ensure that any trolleys or storage areas arekept tidy and stocked at the end of the day and rubbish taken out to the skip
9.Follows all company's policies and procedures.
Performs other related tasks as assigned by management. Complies with Marriott International Hotels Limited Regional Office policies and procedures.
