Exercise Referral Coordinator  - Northolt Leisure Centre

Everyone Active is seeking an Exercise Referral Coordinator to coordinate and develop a high quality Exercise Referral Scheme(s) at Northolt Leisure Centre. This includes recruitment and retention of participants, timetable of activities and appointments, publicity and promotion, and implementation of processes and procedures. Your role includes line management of the Exercise Referral Administrator, and coordination of instructors.

You will ensure achievement of targets, as well as monitor and evaluate the scheme, producing concise reports. You will be competent in using IT with the ability to use our Exercise Referral database, and analyse and quality check data. You will work closely with the Active Communities Manager and Fitness Managers, and external partners, to develop the scheme and implement additional health and wellbeing initiatives and schemes e.g. Cardiac Rehab. The role requires:

• Experience of coordinating a successful sport/exercise/health and wellbeing programme
• Understanding of current Exercise Referral and NICE guidance (desirable)
• Ability to ensure confidentiality, data security, and information governance compliance
• Ability to implement scheme developments including effective timetables, processes and procedures
• Excellent IT skills and the ability to analyse data to monitor and evaluate the scheme and produce accurate reports
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to develop effective working partnerships
• Experience of line management responsibilities for a small team (desirable)
• Excellent time management, planning and organisational skills, ensuring deadlines and targets are met
• Ability to work independently and manage own work load; ability to work effectively and supportively as a team member
• Be able to grow the GP referral scheme and liaise with new surgeries within Slough
