Working alongside your General Manager you will be the face of the business and assist with the leadership of the team, growth of the business and putting smiles on our customer faces.

About the Assistant Manager Role

Results - From previous management or supervisorial experience in hospitality or leisure you will have acquired outstanding business acumen, and driving the team to great results.

About the Pub

Small and friendly team in a beautiful country pub. Located in the outer suburbs of Hertfordshire, we have amazing guest that have either retired here or commute to London and enjoy our pub at the weekend to relax!

We are looking for an Assistant Manager with a positive and engaging Attitude, Guest focused and enjoys leading there team from the front.

Sales driven and flexible in there approach leading there team.
