X 1 07:30am - 15:30pm (Working 5 out of 7)

X 1 16:00pm - 20:00pm (Monday to Friday)

Salary: £8.93 Per Hour

Job Purpose:

To assist the cleaning team to provide an efficient and professional cleaning service that meets the hospital requirements by supporting the cleaning operatives in the day to day issues

Key Responsibilities:

• Cleaning all areas such as low level dusting and high level, cleaning of the bathrooms, mopping and buffing of floors, changing waste, clinical cleans, bed pulls, changing of cubicle curtains.
• Ensure a professional and agreed service to the client
• Health & Safety, quality and general procedure compliance
• Inform cleaning supervisor when stock requires replenishing
• Proactive reporting of all Health and Safety issues
• Undertake training and development as required and use your own expertise to assist, where appropriate and necessary, with the training and development of fellow employees.
• Responsible for the completion of a variety of straightforward, stand-alone tasks or high-volume transactions within set rules and instructions
• Takes instruction and will be subject to regular local supervision of progress against results and escalates issues when required
• Responsible for the delivery of their own defined set of work including planning and decision-making
