This is an exciting opportunity for a highly capable Digital Insight Manager to help deliver even better holidays for customers of our leading travel brands, from within our growing Insight team.

The Role

We are currently recruiting a Digital Insight Manager to join the Insight team on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and professional to come aboard and join a team of supportive experts at a particularly exciting time! 

As Digital Insight Manager you will lead and develop the Carnival UK digital analytics capability, and ensure that the data generated through digital channels is leveraged to business value. You will build a digital strategy that initiates change through the effective utilisation of Customer Insight. The main initiative you’ll get involved in is supporting two iconic brands – P&O Cruises and Cunard – on their investment in digital marketing and infrastructure.

Our businesses is moving to an Adobe platform, which brings great opportunity to improve our guest experience and business performance through an ongoing test, learn and analysis programme that you will develop and lead.

This is a key role within our business as it directly contributes to the higher business strategy and the commercial solutions.

About You

We expect you to have an advanced experience with web analytics methodologies and strong background in R or Python programming. You will be an expert in data analysis and interpretation, and in providing business recommendations based on relevant digital marketing insights. Specific Adobe CI Suite experience would be highly desirable.

You would have ideally worked in a large matrix organisation with various SME teams. You will have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a great ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels and adapt communication style and approach as necessary. You will have an approachable style with a ‘can do’ attitude and a highly evolved ‘customer service’ approach.

Solid commercial awareness and experience with budget and cost management are also essentials for this role.
