We’re looking for a Head Chef to join the crew at the Sidmouth Harbour Hotel and Spa.
Sidmouth Harbour Hotel, located on the Jurassic coast, has recently undergone a major refurbishment programme that has seen the introduction of 22 new courtyard bedrooms, total refurbishment of the existing bedrooms, a brand new 120-seat restaurant and bar lounge, private dining facilities, a private function room, fantastic new Spa facilities and indoor swimming pool.
We have a superb opportunity for a Head Chef to join the restaurant and bar team who is experienced in working in a high volume restaurant serving fresh quality food. You will need to have a minimum of two years’ experience of working at Junior Sous/Sous Chef level and be capable of running the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence. Proficiency in achieving FCOS targets and familiarity with current food hygiene legislation including kitchen risk assessments is essential. A passion for creating great dishes and managing a vibrant team is must.
