As GM you will have the privilege of launching this new business and in doing so you will be responsible for both the recruitment of the team alongside the planning and implementation of exacting health and safety policies and procedures, operational ways of working as well as embracing significant environmental and sustainability issues across this huge facility.

The business will be generating a multi-million pound turn over across multiple revenue streams across admissions, coaching, food and beverage, accommodation, retail and concessions and interested candidates must be able to demonstrate proven track record managing a high footfall complex business at the premium end of the leisure or hospitality sectors. You will be hands on in driving the commercial strategy and working closely with the board of directors, brand ambassadors and marketing teams to execute this strategy, utilizing the power of the positive PR that the visitor attraction will inevitably generate. Working with a team of heads of departments and upwards of 100 staff you will be obsessed with the consistent delivery of a phenomenal guest experience and where you will be closely targeted to meet and exceed challenging guest satisfaction scores whilst ensuring a smooth customer journey throughout the experience.

An ideal background would be as GM running a large visitor attraction, resort, outdoor activity centre, large holiday park or flagship family orientated health and racquets club. You'll be looking for the excitement of a new opening, be an outstanding leader and coach with great attention to detail whilst remaining the enthusiasm and drive to be hands on and lead by example in delivering an amazing experience. The position will involve working a variety of shifts and some weekends.
