OPERATIONS MANAGER APPRENTICESHIP

The Operations Manager Pathway allows the learner to gain a Level 5 qualification to begin their career from a first line management role. Provide direction, instructions and guidance to achieve goals, objectives and KPIs for your team and your business.

Manage colleagues and projects by developing interpersonal and organisational skills in order to deliver operational plans, resolve problems and manage workloads. This will include workshops, e-learning and accredited modules on:

• ILM Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management
• Sales, Marketing, Recruitment, Social Media, Delivery Standards and Product Training
• GDPR, Safeguarding Children & Adults, Prevent Duty, First Aid

The key outcomes and skills gained:

• Lead multiple teams including staff and stakeholders, manage and improve performance as well as recruitment.
• Operational management of marketing, resources, sales, targets, budgets and financial forecasting. 
• Key techniques in prioritisation, problem solving, decision making and data analysis.

Who is eligible? Aged 16+, living in England, currently not in full-time education.
