Permanent Role - Competitive Salary + Car Allowance + Bonus We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to join Marston’s Beer Company’s Free Trade sales division, to support and develop our beer volume across North London. As a business we are focused on nurturing our talented Free Trade Sales team– after all, it’s our people who help to set us apart from our competitors. You’ll be part of a successful sales team within London that are dedicated to growing volume of our brilliant beer brands across Free Trade accounts.We're looking for a tenacious individual with a commercial edge to drive tangible growth. The ideal candidate will be capable of: Keeping up with a constantly changing marketplace; whilst anticipating market trends, competitive threats and commercial opportunities within the area Developing and implementing an individual business plan for each customer that drives core ale growth and overall profitability Managing and protecting existing relationships, whilst identifying opportunities new accounts for MBC Maintaining all capital, revenue and promotional spend within agreed levels, and effectively manage your area's business profit and loss .We're seeking an individual with the desire to make a difference, as well as the drive to challenge, in order to make things happen.
