Due to Pontins’ continued investment and growth, we are looking for an experienced Restaurant/Fast Food Manager to head up the entire catering operation at Southport Holiday Park. At Pontins, we work in an exciting, fast-paced environment, ensuring that our holiday homes are presented to the highest quality to create the 'home from home' experience our guests have grown to expect.

The role as the Restaurant/Fast Food Manager is to attract and recruit the very best team members, ensuring effective resourcing always. You will be responsible for the training and coaching of team members, ensuring that staff are consistently reviewed and motivated to achieve impeccable service.

The Restaurant/Fast Food Manager will support a team of up to 20 team members in peak season, demonstrating effective leadership skills and supporting the Company’s vision and values always. You will ensure the delivery of consistently great service whilst adhering to the company’s strict guidelines on legislation and profit and loss.

This is a hands-on management role. The successful candidate needs to have some management experience and a holiday park background would be desirable but not essential. You will be organised, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work effectively towards deadlines.
