Fitness Instructor (Part Time) | Tadley Swimming Pool

Location: Tadley, Hampshire, RG26 3LA 
Hours: Various

Salary: Up to £7.83 per hour

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team at Tadley Swimming Pool who are recruiting for a number of Fitness Instructors to work Specifically Sundays.

Our brand new Gym is due to open in the middle of December, however prior to this we hope to be able to do some training at Basingstoke Aquadrome.

Tadley Swimming Pool has a range of facilities and offers a variety of activities for all ages.  From family fun swim sessions and swimming lessons for children and adults to energetic aqua fit classes and relaxing sauna in the health suite - Tadley Pool has something for everyone.

Key purpose of role:  

The Fitness Instructors role is to provide fitness coaching, advice, guidance and programming to customers on all aspects of exercise and related subjects in accordance with the health and Fitness programme.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who has previous experience of working within the leisure environment with the ability to provide safe, appropriate, fun and results focussed fitness coaching to customers as well as inducting and assessing new members. 

As the fitness instructor you will develop weight loss and fitness programmes with realistic goals to enable them to achieve their objectives in a fun and enjoyable environment.

You will also have a good standard of personal presentation, communication and customer service

Please note: It is desirable that you have a REPS level 3 and essential that you have a REPS level 2 for you to be considered for this role.
