Pricing Projects Manager - Asda

Based at Asda House in Leeds

The Pricing and Promotions team play a key role in helping Asda drive price leadership, ensuring that we optimise our price investments, to deliver cheaper baskets and trust for customers through everyday low prices, week in week out.

Reporting to the Senior Director, you will support delivery of key projects across the team, working with the senior managers, and the broader team on a number of high profile & strategic priorities.

What you’ll be responsible for:

You will be key in ensuring that the pricing and promotions team deliver on all key projects and priorities, and take the lead on key business questions, building out analysis and working with cross functional stakeholders. In doing so, you will:

Support on the relevant deliverables and work streams within the pricing program, aligned to the timelines and priorities within the plan.

Support on the other key priorities across the team, picking up key initiatives and leading on answering key business questions - carrying out relevant data analysis and working across the team, and with 3 parties, to deliver it

Work collaboratively across the Pricing & Promotions team, and broader functional teams, in delivering against the key work streams and priorities.

About you:

You’ll have experience within an analytical, data driven role within a Customer or Commercial function (or similar), ideally working in a retail business. You will possess:

Experience of turning complex data into simple and actionable outputs.

Strong understanding of retail data and Customer & Commercial inputs and outputs

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels

Passionate, with strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work at pace, often with a high degree of ambiguity

Problem solving skills, and a high degree of resilience
