About the role...

You will oversee many diverse aspects of a restaurant or eatery. You will manage and work closely with other chefs, create menu items and determine food inventory needs.
You will be involved in staffing of the kitchen, developing menu offerings, forecasting supply needs and estimating costs. You will also make sure the restaurant meets all regulations, including sanitary and safety guidelines.
A primary duty is the continued efficiency of the kitchen and production of consistent, quality food.

About you…

The successful candidate must deliver the right balance of kitchen management skills and passion to serve exceptional dishes.
You must have successful experience as Head Chef in a similar venue, or equivalent role.
You must also have experience of managing and motivating a team of chefs, budget management experience in terms of food and costs control and knowledge and understanding of sourcing excellent seasonal produce, supplier relationships, rota management, food, menu and labour cost control.
You must hold appropriate professional qualifications for the role and have HACCP knowledge.
