Restaurant Floor Manager - Mortimer House

We are seeking an talented, enthusiastic and hardworking person who understands how to look after customers, and ensure they have a wonderful dining experience.

The role includes;

• Opening & closing up restaurant securely and safely
• Cashing up of tills and change
• Managing incoming bookings and customer expectations
• Maximising table usage and Spend Per Head
• Driving drink sales and upselling
• Allocating tables
• Welcoming guests, showing them to their table
• Taking orders and ensuring wait times are minimised
• Directing floor and bar staff where required
• Cleaning duties, and stepping in to assist in the general running of the restaurant

Ideally you will have some experience of a fast paced restaurant, excellent customer service, and the ability to quickly build relationships with our customers.

Full training can be provided for the right candidate, but you must be able to demonstrate you are hardworking, reliable, and a team player.

Hours will vary depending on the business.
